Background
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine next to it: briefs, a hook library, losers killed early. This is the same playbook pointed at footwear, the Marc Fisher LTD boots, booties and ballet flats. I have not run footwear, so sizing questions, returns and the fall season are things I'd learn with your team in the first weeks.

Part 4 of 15
Principles
One number to protect: $1 per 1,000 views
Every video is judged on cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. The model starts at $5.74, so the first month is about finding Dalli, Braylee and Amellie hooks that pull it down.
Experiments, losers killed early
Each creator posts 7 videos a week. One variable per test: hook, opening shot or style. A Blaynie or Meeme format that loses for a week leaves the brief; winners go into the hook library.
The claims sheet is the script
Creators quote only lines the site prints: "Free Shipping & Free Returns", the Dalli, Braylee and Amellie descriptions, the 15% first-order offer. No comfort, health or fit promises.
Everything runs in one shared channel
Briefs, claim questions, drafts, winners and the Monday report live in five channels. Nobody chases a creator by email, and the brand sees every call from the Braylee brief to the Dalli winner.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MayaMon 9:00 AM
Brief for this week: Braylee Leather Lace Up Bootie, lace-up walk test. Hook from the sheet: "Lace-up boots with a luxe edge." Show the lugged sole on the sidewalk. 7 videos each, one variable per test: the opening shot.
TessMon 2:00 PM
Can I say the Blaynie keeps my feet warm in winter? The trim looks like shearling.
No. Quote "Chelsea boots meet cozy, modern style." and "plush shearling trim" as written. Nothing about warmth, and don't call it real or faux. Show the trim close up.
TrackerAppTue 7:00 AM
Daily report: Dalli, Braylee and Amellie videos from yesterday, cost per 1,000 views by creator against the $1 target. Two Blaynie hooks flagged as losers and killed from Thursday's brief.
MayaWed 10:00 AM
Jordan, sending your Amellie draft back: the caption says the flat helps with foot pain. Cut it. Keep the bow close-up and the hook "Ballet flats are the silhouette that never needs a reason." Repost to #drafts.
TrackerAppThu 4:00 PM
Tess's Dalli pull-on video passed 100,000 organic views. $50 bonus logged, her one for this month. Moved to the paid shortlist; usage rights request sent.
MayaFri 9:00 AM
Check before anything posts today: #ad on screen and in the caption, price matches the product page right now, link goes to the exact style, sizing questions pointed to the Size Guide.
JordanFri 10:00 AM
Amellie re-cut is in #drafts: foot-pain line gone, #ad on the first frame, link to the Amellie product page, price read off the page this morning.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Knee-high close-up: Dalli
“A pointed square toe and low stacked heel keep the line sleek.”
Floor-level shot pulling on the Dalli Leather Flat Boot, slow pan from the pointed square toe to the knee, one walk past the camera.

Brief 02
Lace-up walk test: Braylee
“Lace-up boots with a luxe edge.”
Lace the Braylee Leather Lace Up Bootie on camera, cut to the lugged sole on a sidewalk, end on a close-up of the shearling trim.

Brief 03
Chelsea pull-on: Blaynie
“Chelsea boots meet cozy, modern style.”
One hand pulls the Blaynie Leather Lug Sole Bootie on, cut to jeans tucked or cuffed over it, finish on the suede and the lugged sole.

Brief 04
Flats on repeat: Amellie
“Ballet flats are the silhouette that never needs a reason.”
Same Amellie Leather Ballet Flat across a week of outfits, quick cuts, one close-up of the gathered topline and the bow at the vamp.

Brief 05
Doorstep try-on: Meeme
“Free Shipping & Free Returns”
Unbox the Meeme Lug Sole Loafer at the door, try it with two outfits, say if it stays and how the return works if it doesn't.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Free Shipping & Free Returns”, “Don’t love it? Return it for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.”, “Understated luxury, on rotation.”. Product names are said as printed.

Recruiting
Four sources in
Affiliate or ambassador page
No affiliate or ambassador page was found on marcfisherfootwear.com, so recruiting starts outbound and through existing customers, not through an inbound application form.
MCLUB members and email or SMS buyers
The site runs email and SMS signups and an MCLUB VIP event. Customers who already wear Marc Fisher LTD boots and flats get the first invites.
Fall styling search
Search TikTok and Instagram for knee-high boot, lace-up bootie and ballet flat outfit videos posted this season, then shortlist by how clearly the shoe is filmed.
Try-on haul creators
Product pages show few reviews ("5.0 Based on 4 Reviews" on one), so creators who already post honest try-on hauls, returns included, cover the gap with real wear.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Already wears the category
Recent posts show women's boots, booties or flats styled in real outfits, not a one-off.
2Films the shoe
Frames feet and full outfit; a Dalli or Braylee video from them would show toe, heel and sole clearly.
3Clean history
No past foot-health, cure-style or fake-review claims in captions, comments or pinned posts.
4Disclosure habit
Already uses #ad or the paid-partnership label on sponsored posts, every time.
5Follows a brief
Answers a sample Amellie brief with a hook from the sheet and a shot list before any contract.
Part 7 of 15
Who
Office rotation stylist
Films a week of work outfits and wants one pump that changes with the blazer, the skirt and the trousers.
Likely product: Zala Block Heel Pointy Toe Pump
Knee-high boot styler
Builds fall outfits from the boot up: tights, midi skirts, denim tucked in, the shaft on show.
Likely product: Dalli Leather Flat Boot
Repeat-wear minimalist
Owns few pairs, wears them hard, and makes content about wearing the same flat all week.
Likely product: Amellie Leather Ballet Flat
Street-style walker
Shoots on sidewalks and stairs, where laces and a lugged sole read clearly on camera.
Likely product: Braylee Leather Lace Up Bootie
Western mixer
Pairs denim, fringe and boots, and already tags western-style outfits on most posts.
Likely product: Ander Leather Western Boot
Event dresser
Posts wedding guest and dinner outfits where a slingback finishes the look.
Likely product: Luciey Kitten Heel Slingback Pump
Left off, every time
Always out: minors and anyone styling for minors; creators who promise pain relief, arch support or any foot-health result; anyone with bought followers or fake reviews; creators who would post a Marc Fisher LTD price or discount the product page does not show that day.

+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month: a second Dalli video past 100,000 views in the same month earns nothing extra.
- Paid per video: the $50 goes to the single video that passed 100,000 views, not to the creator's monthly total.
- Organic views only: views from paid boosts of a Braylee or Amellie video do not count toward the bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the footwear rules, such as a foot-health promise or an unlisted price.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
At 10 creators and 303 videos a month, 1.8M views cost $10,050: $5.74 per 1,000 views against a $1 target. It works only if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median Dalli or Braylee video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Claims sheet, channels, hook library
Claims sheet signed off, five channels open, hook library seeded with the Dalli, Braylee, Blaynie, Amellie and Meeme hooks. Week 0 starts with 0 creators live.
Month 1
Ramp, two creators a week
Live counts climb 2, 4, 6. Each creator posts 7 videos a week. Losers killed weekly; cost per 1,000 views tracked against the $1 target from the first Dalli video.
Month 2
Full roster, first paid tests
Roster reaches 8, then 10: 303 videos a month. Videos past 100,000 organic views move to paid tests, one variable at a time, Braylee and Amellie first.
Month 3
Move creators between bands
Creators whose boot and flat videos beat the cost line move toward Premium, cap $1,500. Starter creators who miss the brief twice leave the roster.
Day ninety
Scale, rework or stop
The model says $5.74 per 1,000 views on $10,050. If real videos have not moved toward $1, through a 21,711-view median or 4.2% viral, the program stops.

All 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded: $15,000. Nothing above it without the brand's sign-off in #weekly-report.

The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

From organic to paid
From organic to paid
Spot the organic winner
A Dalli or Braylee video that passes 100,000 organic views earns the $50 bonus and goes on the paid shortlist.
Secure usage rights
The creator signs usage rights for paid before the video is cut down. No rights, no ad.
One variable per test
Same video with a new hook from the library, or the same hook on another Marc Fisher LTD style, never both at once.
Scale or return to the library
Winners keep spend; losers are killed early and their hooks go back to the library for the next brief.
From the video to the checkout
- Every video links to the exact product page on marcfisherfootwear.com, never the home page.
- No retailer was found on the site, so no video sends viewers to a store.
- Videos for first-time buyers carry "Get 15% off your first order! Sign up now →" in the caption.
- Videos that show a sale price come down from paid when the product page price changes.
- Return worries are answered with "Free Shipping & Free Returns", never a new promise.
Part 15 of 15
Footwear rules
Footwear rules every creator follows
Shoes look like a low-risk category, but feet invite health talk and sale prices move. These six rules sit on top of the claims sheet for every Marc Fisher LTD video, from the Dalli to the Meeme.
Disclose every paid post
#ad or the platform's paid-partnership label on every video, in the first frame and the caption. A Dalli or Amellie video without disclosure is pulled, and the $50 bonus never applies to it.
No foot-health claims
No pain relief, arch support, posture or all-day-comfort promises. The product descriptions make none, so creators make none. Describe what the page names: suede, shearling trim, lugged sole, gathered topline.
Materials as written
Say leather, suede, mesh or shearling only where the product name or description says it. "plush shearling trim" is quoted as written; real or faux is not stated, so nobody says either.
Prices and offers as shown that day
Sale prices move: the Gradi Leather Ballet Flat showed $89.99 over $160.00. Creators read the price off the product page on posting day and use "Get 15% off your first order! Sign up now →" as written.
Fit goes to the Size Guide
No runs-small or true-to-size calls on any boot, bootie or flat. Creators say how the pair felt on them and point viewers to the Size Guide on marcfisherfootwear.com.
Returns as the policy reads
Creators may say "Free Shipping & Free Returns" and read the return line word for word: full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Free shipping is the economy option for contiguous U.S. orders.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
